We take all concerns regarding the handling of personal data seriously. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information or breached data protection laws, we want to know about it so we can put things right.

  • Delays or failures in responding to your privacy rights requests (e.g., a Subject Access Request).
  • Any alleged breaches of data protection laws.
  1. How to Make a Complaint
You do not need to use a specific form, but we ask that you provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate swiftly. You can submit your complaint via:

  • Post: FAO Melissa Danks, Forty Three Legal Limited, Radcliffe House, Lode Lane, Solihull, B91 2AA

Please include:

  1. Our Complaints Procedure
We manage all data protection complaints through a formal, auditable process to ensure your concerns are handled impartially:
  1. Acknowledgment: We will officially acknowledge your complaint in writing within 30 days of receiving it.
  2. Investigation: We will investigate your complaint promptly. This may involve reviewing internal logs, correspondence, and relevant processing activities.
  3. Keeping You Informed: We will keep you updated on the progress of our investigation. If we require more information to clarify your concerns, we will reach out to you.
  4. The Outcome: We will inform you of the investigation outcome and any actions we have taken or intend to take to resolve the issue. The time it takes to investigate your complaint will depend on the complexity of that complaint but we will aim to provide our full response within 8 weeks of acknowledging your complaint.
  1. Escalating Concerns
We ask that you allow us the opportunity to resolve your data protection complaint directly in the first instance. However, if you are unsatisfied with our final response or how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the UK regulator:
